　　Job Description

　　AECOM Transportation is seeking an experienced Program Manager at their client site in Baltimore, MD.

　　Job Summary:

　　Provide onsite management responsible for team’s daily activities to ensure the successful delivery of the program.

　　Act as AECOM’s authorized representative and primary contact with client, staff, executive team and other consultants/contractors.

　　Will be required to be onsite full-time during the duration of the Program.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　BS Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or similar field + 12 years of related experience in airport development projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

　　Experience in the last 5 years with a multi-billion dollar airport program with CMAR or Progressive Design Build experience

　　Experience in the last 12 years of direct or oversight of at least 2 programs (minimum value of $300M per program) being designed and constructed at an operating airport

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　15 years of progressive industry experience of increasing responsibility

　　Exemplary communication, coordination, and team-building skills

　　Experience using PMWeb, Constructware, BlueBeam, Dropbox and/or Primavera

　　Exempt Position: Offered rate of compensation (MD locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $230,000 - $260,000.
