  Overview

  The Digital Institute is a portfolio of programs housed within Chick-fil-A’s Digital Transformation and Technology Department. Serving a technology organization of more than 600 stakeholders, the mission of the Institute is to be a learning accelerator for all DTT Staff through the creation and deployment of diverse programming, tools, services, and strategies across multiple workstreams, including Early Career Digital Talent initiatives, Digital Upskilling (technical learning), Digital Onboarding and Community Engagement.   Responsibilities

  Job Summary/Purpose:

  This is a non-permanent, Project-based position (up to 3-year extended assignment).

  This role is pivotal in driving the discovery and design of innovative, cutting-edge programming aligned to DTT’s current and future Digital Upskilling initiatives. Your primary assignment will be to manage the strategy and deployment of digital upskilling programming for the department alongside key internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead efforts to explore the development of future upskilling programming based on identified needs within the department. This effort may encompass a range of critical activities including Needs Identification, gap analysis and data collection, focus group facilitation, goal mapping, benchmarking/market research, etc. and should culminate in a formal recommendation and/or program design strategy to be presented to department leadership.

  Additional responsibilities may include:

  Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, to ensure the successful execution of the project/initial deliverable.

  Work closely with senior leadership, and other stakeholders to gather qualitative and quantitative insights relative to surfaced needs, goals, and strategic alignment opportunities.

  Collaborate with cross-functional project team consisting of internal and external partners to design and launch a digital upskilling strategy.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key leaders to map out clear program goals, learning objectives, and measurable outcomes. Develop a comprehensive strategy that outlines the steps, methodologies, and resources required to achieve program success.

  Conduct thorough market research to identify best practices, emerging trends, and competitive offerings in the field of digital leadership development. Incorporate benchmarking insights to ensure the program remains innovative and competitive.

  Identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks that could impact project delivery and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

  Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team, encouraging open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

  Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and progress reports.

  Provide regular updates on project status, key metrics, and milestones to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

  Serve as liaison between DTT and key partners in Learning and Development and Talent Experience relative to this work.

  Serve on other project teams connected to the Digital Institute’s initiatives, as assigned
