Job Summary:
The Standard Missile Block IAU & Sea Based Terminal Programs, within the Shipboard Missiles Sub-Strategic Business Area have a need for Program Execution Coordinators (PECs). This position will support program leadership as a member of the program execution team, and work with the respective integrated product and cross product teams. The PEC is responsible for coordination, schedule management and direct engagement with the program teams and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution, working assigned tasks quickly and efficiently and proactively identifying areas for improvement. The PEC will also coordinate program and customer interactions to optimize program activities and facilitate an effective working environment.

This position will be onsite in Tucson, Arizona.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Assist with the day-to-day program execution cadence (battle rhythm), i.e. program and functional area reviews, strategic planning, etc.
Conduct regular meetings with customers and program execution teams
Collaborate with programs to actively address the interdependencies across Integrated Master Schedules and plans to maintain program strategies, objectives, and milestones.
Identify and implement key program metrics. Work with Program Management Office Team, Integrated Product Teams and Functional leads to implement and drive closure of corrective actions as warranted.
Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for and facilitate customer visits.
Responsible for tracking program staffing needs and communicating across corresponding functional areas.
Collaborate with programs for coordination of morale events.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience with Project Management Tools/Systems (ex: MS Project)
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting development programs.
Previous experience supporting programs and office spaces in a classified environment, with demonstrated knowledge of security practices to include open / close procedures.
Experience in scheduling, operating, and securing classified telecommunication systems (video and voice)
Excellent people skills, providing an extended program execution presence to the supported Customers, managers and organizations.
Expertise in the utilization of Raytheon tools including Outlook, ServiceNow, WebTE, Concur Travel, CAFM, etc.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalent

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
