They will coordinate all client activities, monitor & forecast overall program performance, and ensure delivery on client projects. You will have primary responsibilities that include:Responsible for billing and invoicing the project and tracking and managing client's accounts receivable working with accounting to be paid by contract termsAccountable for overall client program performance, including financial performance and client satisfactionEstablish program standards and best practicesEnsure that delivery of projects within the program meets or exceeds Company's quality standard and is delivered on timeLead program teams and facilitate the communication, interaction, and acquires appropriate resources from upper management to meet workload levelsTrack program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor on a regular basis and executive staff on an as needed basisReviews scope and fee proposals prior to issuance to clientResolve conflicts among program team membersProvide feedback regarding employee performance on a program team to the functional manager for documentationRecommend and lead efforts to improve existing processes to improve quality or on-time deliveryPosition will have supervisory responsibilities for managing and mentoring personnel including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and design team membersIdentify and seek out additional potential business by probing new expanded services and keeping up with program trends during Business Development efforts with assigned clientMaintain relationships with company(s) and key people to increase the company(s) visibility within the marketCommunicate all client policies, procedures, and program goals to staff and conducts regular team meetingsResponsible to meet Federal and State requirements regarding program practices, etc.Deal with the public, customers, employees, and government officials with tact and courtesyAbility to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departmentsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucialSets and conducts kickoff and closeout meetingsSupervise and enforce project objectives and timeline for completion and effectively communicate them to involved parties throughout projectSupervise and enforce project scope, schedule, fee budget and write proposals that support business goalsPosition Requirements Include:Bachelor's Degree preferably in architecture with 10+ years of experience managing programs in a design and construction related fieldArchitectural License requiredLEED Certification preferredKnowledge of AutoCAD and RevitKnowledge of Newforma and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits and Perks Include:Flexible and Hybrid Work SchedulePaid Time Off - Credited to You 100% Upfront401K with a Company MatchRewards and Recognition ProgramTraining and Development to Foster Professional GrowthPaid HolidaysMedical / Dental / Vision Coverage including High Deductible Health PlanWelcome BoxCasual Dress Co
