  What You Can Expect

  The Program Development Manager provides account management for the ROSA system in addition to periodic assistance for ROSA on the clinical level. The Program Development Manager also plays a critical role in building the utilization of ROSA system. In addition, they would be responsible to lead key projects that are needed for the clinical services team with a specific focus on an account development and account management.

  How You'll Create Impact

  • Using available tools/resources/materials, develop a hospital specific support plan with hospital administrators, surgeons, and hospital staff to enable independent use of the ROSA System

  • Through partnership with the surgeons and hospital staff, help drive system utilization by determining the appropriate program elements to meet the needs of the hospitals’ patient and local market

  • Provide on site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness

  • In partnership with the capital sales team, work to develop account development plans tailored to the local market • Work in tandem with Field Clinical Representative management team to train new employees in the TSS role regarding account management specifically

  • During periodic ROSA Program Review meetings with hospital administration and surgeons, provide relevant data and analysis to drive feedback and recommendations aimed at helping the hospital meet its established goals

  • Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system

  • Perform new system installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting and repair for installed ROSA systems following established processes Work with Field Clinical Representative team as well as capital team to help further refine the ROSA capital pipeline; overall accountability for the maintenance of the capital pipeline

  Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred. Associate’s degree with equivalent experience will be considered. 3 or more years of experience selling and proctoring TJA

  Travel Expectations

  Up to 80%EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability

  Compensation Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD Per Year
