ADM is looking for a Program Coordinator to join the Global Learning & Development Team. This team is a highly visible group within Enterprise HR that plays an integral role in developing leaders across the organization. This position is located in Decatur, IL. Position requires 25% domestic travel.
Responsibilities:
Resourcefulness, Agility, Attention to Detail are key attributes for the Program Coordinator.
Program Logistics and Coordination
Support the implementation of both virtual and in-person learning across the globe, working with stakeholders across multiple time zones, sharing delivery best practices, and providing access to resources and materials.
Create and maintain offerings and accurate enrollment data via internal Learning Management System (CourseMill/SuccessFactors).
Act as LinkedIn Learning administrator monitoring licenses, providing monthly activity reports, manage curation process.
Assist in delivering virtual learning experience via Zoom and other platforms, moderate breakout rooms, chats, and other tools during live virtual sessions.
Maintain up-to-date training documents in shared folders and reach out to appropriate teams for version control as necessary.
Monitor L&D team inbox and field inquiries to the appropriate people or teams.
Escalate issues, inquiries, and suggestions to the LMS manager through daily check-ins and project team updates.
Order, produce, distribute, and maintain accurate inventory of all course materials across all programs with a focus on holistic material ordering, management, and shipping.
Program Communication
Demonstrated professionalism and maturity in both written and verbal communication, effortlessly interacting with all levels of colleagues.
Respond to participant and leader inquiries regarding all programs and assist with enrollment, cancellations, or withdrawals via designated learning inbox.
Provide trends and observations for what is working well or needs improvement to provide quality communications and efficient timelines.
Partner closely with the Learning leaders to maintain and enhance program communication templates.
Distribute necessary learning communications to applicable audience.
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum 2+ years in learning and development, HR or administrative support experience
Experience working in a corporate environment communicating with stakeholders at all levels across businesses
Advance working knowledge of collaborations tools learning management systems (LMS), Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Teams, Zoom and Outlook
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to build relationships with and manage multiple stakeholders
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Outstanding process management skills with a hands-on, action-oriented style
Highly self-driven and motivated; proactive with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Required Education:
B.A. or B.S. in Business, Communication, HR, Management, Org. Design, Hospitality, Education, or equivalent experienceExcited about this role but don’t meet every requirement listed?
