In this role you may: Work with the ProgramManagement and Business Development organizations to understand vitalaspects of key programs and where support is required Work closely withthe Cross-Functional Department Leads assigned to the program Assist theProgram Manager in various activities such as budget monitoring,milestone tracking, and Program Reviews Manage program documents such asthe Rolling Action Item List, Risk Register, and Program slides Analyzeprogram data and create program reports and metrics from the programdata Develop and maintain Executive Level schedules and Scorecards forall programs Track status of deliverables and actions to assist the PMin driving completion to support customer commitments Managesub-supplier coordination and monitor progress to provide status Supportkey customer meetings and produce minutes of meetings Assist inpreparation, analysis, submittal, and tracking of document deliverablesWhat We Look For: Required Junior/Senior standing majoring in Business,Business Analytics, Engineering or related field from an accreditedinstitution Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 Proficient in MicrosoftOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Able to work on-site during the summerof 2024 Capable of working independently Excellent time management,communication, analytical, organizational and problem solving skillsEligible to work in the United States without sponsorship DesiredExperience with Microsoft Project Able to work part-time on-site duringthe school year Current enrollment at Milwaukee School of Engineering,Marquette University, or UW-Milwaukee Who We Are: Join a team thatdesigns computers, displays, and electronic systems for aircraft of thefuture!
