　　Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications: $46,050 - $48,000

　　Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Excellent interpersonal, organization, time management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience working with databases, organizing data, and running technical reportsExperience preparing professional documents and making public presentationsDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaborativelyPreferred Qualifications:

　　Work experience in higher educationExperience using Ellucian's ColleagueFlexibility to work in an open office environment and actively collaborate with other staff membersResponsibilities:

　　Manage the Work Scholar and AmeriCorps programs,Manage the Federal, State, and JOB Work-study programs,Develop and present training materials for aid-based student work programs,Work with internal and external employer partners and supervisors to support student workers,Assist students and families with general guidance on financial aid and scholarship processes, including completion of the FAFSA, scholarship, and other financial forms or documents,Make presentations about financial aid, scholarship, and aid-based work programs to prospective students, current students, and high school counselors,Partner with other office staff on projects and assignments,Serve on campus committees as needed, andOther duties as assigned.*Application Procedure: *Please upload all of the following documents or your application may not be considered for review.
