　　Support a wide range of planning, evaluation, review and prioritization of technical and financial resource activities associated with assigned programs. Supports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions. Supports Government cost analysis, forecasting, and planning, to include support of the POM/BES, and other cost functions for assigned programs. Coordinate with Program Managers, PEO staff, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects. Apply expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation to meet organizational missions, goals and objectives. Work with requiring activity to support the POE development, and work with SOMARDS and GFEBS to process financial transactions. Other tasks as required by the customer.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　BA/BS from an accredited college or university in Business administration, economics, finance or other related field. Three additional years of experience, and a BA/BS, or an additional six years of experience without a BA/BS may be substituted for the degree requirement.

　　Ten ye​ars of financial experience working within the DoD environment.

　　Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
