Job OverviewThe mission of Trihealth Lifting Caregivers is to support the emotional and mental wellbeing of employees dealing with work related, and potentially traumatic stressors. The program serves all team members of Trihealth regardless of work location or job duties. The Program Administrator will continue to develop and grow this program. At times, they will be called to provide crisis support and guidance for team members experiencing a traumatic event or negative patient care outcome. This position is responsible for training Trihealth team members to be peer supporters. The Program Administrator participates in root cause analysis, new team training, safety huddles, and the Wellness Resource Committee.
