Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Team Member to join a leading manufacturing team. The role involves running a mixing machine, palletizing buckets, and operating a packaging machine for exterior caulk products used in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will be prepared for physical work involving lifting 5-gallon drums weighing 40-50lbs and working in a dirty environment. Clean-shaven candidates are necessary due to occasional respirator use.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Running mixing machines and handling 5-gallon buckets for formula transfer
Mixing chemicals based on pre-determined formulas
Operating a machine that packages caulk into tubes
Shift:
5pm-5:30am, Monday through Thursday OR Tuesday through Friday, rotating every 2 weeks
First week training from 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday
Pay: $24/hour
Qualifications:
1 year of heavy manufacturing/production experience or 1 year of construction/labor experience
Ability to adapt to a physically demanding role
Commitment to maintaining a clean work environment and personal appearance
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to perform physical labor
Must be clean shaven in order to use respirator
