About Medical/Surgical Care Concierge

　　The Care Concierge provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living, comfort measures, and maintains a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Care Concierge will use FirstHealth’s safety behaviors/error prevention tools and high reliability strategies as appropriate to ensure a safe and therapeutic patient experience.
