　　*Summary *Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

　　*Essential Duties and Responsibilities *include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

　　Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.Keeps area neat and clean.Read and use a tape measureRead blue prints and ordersCommunicate well with coworkersUse hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

　　Qualifications

　　Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
