　　Responsibilities

　　Scheduling and planning of work within center.

　　Facilitating setup person's job by providing scheduling information and blueprints or verbal instructions.

　　Assisting all personnel in motivating workers to meet both production and delivery standards. D

　　iagnosing and solving production bottlenecks.

　　Working with and maintaining communication within the center as to the status of jobs, safety, tooling, and machine maintenance and repair.

　　Assisting center manager with organization of training or cross-training within the center.

　　Communicating with sales concerning delivery schedules and/or quality concerns.

　　Performing the tasks of either utility operator or utility setup when necessary. Actively participating in the 20 Keys Program.

　　Constantly work to improve products and/or processes within the center. Accepting other tasks not listed, but requested by the Team Leader. Team building attitude.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　manual lifting up to 35lbs
