About Production Team Apprenticeship

　　(9 months -- evaluation of progress to continue after 30 days)

　　Reports To: Production Team Captain

　　Summary:The production team apprentice is responsible for learning the supervision of daily operations in the plant. The apprentice will learn to operate standard office equipment, feed manufacturing equipment, computer automation equipment, and be capable of performing all other production positions as needed.

　　Specific Duties:

　　Supervise and train plant employees.Schedule and implement production activities to include manufacturing.Review daily production reports.Perform regular housekeeping audits.Monitor ingredients and supply inventory.Schedule preventative maintenance and document maintenance activities.Operate and repair manufacturing equipment.Comply with all company, local, state, and federal policies.Complete appropriate paperwork and reports.[]{style="font-family: Montserrat; font
