As an Emerging Markets Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay, SF area, or South Bay / San Jose, CA)

　　Job Description

　　Markets and promotes low- to moderate-income home loans.

　　Seeks opportunities through seminars, home buyer education forums, and home ownership classes to emerging market populations and low- to moderate-income individuals. Establishes and cultivates relationships with community organizations, and other entities that will contribute to potential low-to moderate-income mortgage origination production.

　　Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services. Reviews documentation to ensure compliance. Manages customer pipeline for efficiency.

　　Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.

　　Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

　　Mortgage Products. – Knowledge of and ability to utilize commercial and residential mortgage instruments available in the branch and apply them to specific situations.

　　Sales Tasks And Activities – Knowledge of and the ability to sell an organization's products and services.

　　Scheduling Work and Activities – Knowledge of the schedule creation process; ability to develop and maintain a workable schedule to accomplish the overall goals of day-to-day operations.

　　Selling. – Applies knowledge of banking products and services to meet customer needs and enable them to achieve their financial goals. Identifies prospecting approaches to identify potential customers and create opportunities to sell financial solutions and ideas to customers.

　　Work Experience

　　Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

　　COMPENSATION

　　Base Salary: $40,700.00 - $81,900.00

　　Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:

　　– Individual salary may vary by geographic location / market data

　　– Lower in range – Building skills and experience in the job

　　– Mid-range – Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

　　– Higher in range – Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
