About Production Supervisor

　　NETFORM Shelby is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor.

　　NETFORM Shelby is a state-of-the-art automotive supplier that utilizes CNC machine-based production cells for the manufacture of metal transmission components, in a clean and air-conditioned facility.  The company has long-term stable business, and its products are unique and high-tech powertrain components.

　　This position will be responsible for the efficient management of the processes and people on the shop floor.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Required tasks include but are not limited to the following:

　　Monitor daily production requirements & outputManage shift work assignments and manningParticipate in employee hiring, evaluation and disciplinePerform random audits of product and systemsMaintain plant cleanliness and 5-SParticipate in continuous improvement projectsAbility to work well in a team environmentPoint of contact for emergency response situationsAssist in the development of a world class production departmentCoordinate with skilled trades and management
