　　What you'll be doing as a Production Specialist:

　　Elevate the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment.

　　Champion reliable team dynamics with prompt attendance and outstanding performance.

　　Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive continuous process improvement.

　　Maintain a pristine worksite to eliminate hazards from chemicals and fragile products.

　　Strictly adhere to safety guidelines throughout the facility.

　　Execute processes by Standard Operating Procedures, including the operation of mixing, bagging, spray drying, fluid bed drying, and powered lift equipment.

　　Monitoring the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment.

　　Being a reliable team member with prompt attendance and excellent performance.

　　Communicating effectively with team members and leadership to improve processes.

　　Demonstrate your commitment to lifelong learning and curiosity. 

　　Available shifts:

　　Shift Timings - 3rd Shift (Night) & Weekends

　　Job requirements:

　　High School Diploma or GED.

　　Ability to lift 50-55 lbs. repeatedly.

　　Ability to wear a full-face respirator (in some designated areas).

　　Must be clean-shaven.

　　Must pass post-offer physical drug screen, and background check.
