　　Production Planner 12 Month assignment $25-$30 per hour Hours: 7am-4pm or 8am - 5pm On-site Holland MI POSITION PURPOSE:

　　Performs all functions needed to ensure constraint optimization and availability to manufactured materials for assigned manufacturing site to support order fulfillment. Manages inventory levels and allocation of manufactured materials according to customer demands and company objectives.

　　salary: $25 - $30 per hour

　　Responsibilities

　　-Plans and schedules fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operation activities for assigned plant to ensure customer satisfaction.

　　-Manages work center alerts and takes corrective action to resolve both immediate and potential shortages of supply; reschedules backlog.

　　-Proactively communicates customer service impact to stakeholders.

　　-Regularly reviews and understands work center and plant capacity requirements to ensure customer demands can be met.

　　-Uses labor forecasts to create production schedules.

　　-Manages in-transit and interplant orders to assume timely delivery of materials.

　　-Develops and schedules workflow for each department and operations according to pre-established manufacturing sequences and lead times to produce executable schedule.

　　-Manages and applies multiple scheduling calendars for resource availability, utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
