Immediate hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing company located in the Swedesboro, NJ area. This is a FULL TIME position, weekly pay, and a long term opportunity. The production operators are responsible for operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting the food processing equipment, along with following all cGMP policies and procedures that comes with working in a food manufacturing company. Prior experience operating production machines, mixing and weighing ingredients, and following specific batch orders will be required for this role.

　　Qualifications:

　　You will maintain workstation cleanliness – includes but is not limited to washing down kettles, floors, and various kitchen tools

　　You will prepare ingredients for batch making – includes but is not limited to pre-scaling wet and dry ingredients, opening pails and buckets, preparing ingredient slurries, moving drums and totes, manipulating air pumps for kettle additions, and compiling manual-add ingredients on rolling carts

　　You will weigh and scale ingredients for batch preparation

　　You will verify manually added ingredients against the Formula Sheet to ensure batch quality and accuracy

　　You will utilize hand jacks to move pallets of ingredients, drums, buckets and totes

　　You will use knives to open bags of dry ingredients such as salt, sugar and other various spices and ingredients
