Set-up and operate Mazak Integrex || Turning and Milling Centers to produce precision parts efficiently || and effectively. Provide quality assurances of meeting company || specifications. Other duties may be assigned.  || || || || || || ||   || || || || || || MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS || || || || - Ability to download, edit, run, and save new programs on the || Mazak Controller to meet engineering drawing dimensions, || tolerances and specifications || - Machine parts to specifications using lathes and integrated bar || feeders || - Measure and examine completed parts for defects and ensure || conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such || as micrometers and calipers || - Set up, adjust, and operate all tools and many specialized or || custom tools in order to perform precision machining operations || on Mazak Integrex Turning and Milling Centers || - Study sample parts, drawings, and engineering information in || order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to || fabricate products, and determine product dimensions and || tolerances || - Understanding of machining carbon, alloy, tool steels and other || materials || - Select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used || in preparation of machinery work and setup || - Confer with engineering, supervisory, and manufacturing personnel || in order to exchange technical information || - Ability to work in a team environment to achieve the best results || and share best practices and information throughout the || department and organization || || || || || || WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS || || || || - Shop environment || - Steel-toed safety shoes and safety glasses required || - Must be able to regularly lift loads of up to 50 pounds || - Work can be strenuous, and includes walking, climbing, kneeling, || crawling, squatting, and pulling (such as on torque wrenches) as || well as standing for long periods of time || || || ||   || || || || || || SCHEDULE
