　　Job Title: Production/Laborer

　　Location: McKees Rocks, PA

　　Shift: 6am-2:30pm, 2:30pm -- 11:00pm (Monday-Friday), must be available for Overtime on Saturdays

　　Pay Rate: $20 per hour

　　Allegiance Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production/Laborer to join our client's team in McKees Rocks, PA. Our client is a leading company in the manufacturing industry, and this role involves critical responsibilities in supporting the production process and ensuring the highest quality of finished products.

　　Responsibilities: As a Production/Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient production of our client's manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:

　　Packaging finished products according to instructions from work order/operators.Building and locating skids outside ahead of each job to maintain maximum flow of production for the machine you are working at.Completing paperwork accurately and organizing materials in their designated locations.Inspecting and packaging products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.Maintaining clean and tidy work areas, promoting a safe and organized working environment.Assisting other machines with packing duties when time permits.Aiding and supporting operators during production processes when needed.Assisting woodshop employees with skid building and locating tasks.Monitoring supply levels and promptly informing the supervisor when items are running low.Reporting any equipment or facility issues to the supervisor, preferably in writing.Requirements: To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

　　Ability to read a tape measure accurately.Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and precision.Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.Adherence to safety protocols and willingness to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.Please apply online or call the office to schedule an interview!
