Pay Rate: * *$16.00 per hour + $.75 shift differential from 3p-7a

　　Shift: Full time & Part time available

　　Full time: Rotating 8 hour schedule (7a-3p, 3p-11p & 11p-7a, all required)

　　Part time: 24 hours/week, 8 hour shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p or 11p-7a, choose 1 shift and 3 days per week you'd want to make your set schedule. Example - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; 3p-11p)

　　Our Butler, Pennsylvania location is in need of Production Team Members to operate equipment in the Molding Department and produce quality foam parts that meet or exceed customer specifications.

　　*JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: *

　　Press operation -- counting and visually inspecting parts made of foamPacking -- building boxes, packing, shrink wrap, label, build palletsLearn to perform quality inspections to ensure products meet all customer specific specificationsFork truck operation (required -- will train)Complete documentation under ISO/IAFT guidelinesOperate all equipment in Molding departmentSafety in a manufacturing or plant setting

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　Must be able to communicate effectively in person and in writing.Must be able to operate a forklift truck, which requires the use of arms and legs, they ability to get onto truck and depth perception to stack and/or move crates or other material.Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear.Must be able to climb and work from a ladder.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to wear/tolerate all PPE equipment; safety shoes, ear plugs and safety glasses.Must be able to come to work as scheduled on a regular basis and be able to work scheduled shifts as necessary, including overtime, mandatory and otherwise.Performs responsibilities in compliance with ISO-14001 policies, quality standards and procedures and OSHA regulations.A high school diploma or GED is requiredMust be 18 years or older to be considered for employmentSustainability and innovation are key areas of focus for JSP.
