　　What role will you play?

　　As a Production Services Coordinator, you will oversee the process for supplementing prospectus and SAI PDFs and updates related to SEC fillings on delawarefunds.com. You will work closely with transfer agents to update and maintain forms and plan documents for retail mutual funds and retirement plans on the fulfillment website and DelawareFunds.com. You will create schedules for shareholder report processes as well as create, monitor, and update mail schedules and data requests for all regulatory mailings. You will facilitate the process of getting registered shareholder data from the transfer agent to the mail vendor as well as the process of approving regulatory document eDelivery notifications sent by transfer agent to registered shareholders. Additionally, you will manage invoices for monthly payment, including coding for fund charge-backs and submitting invoices to Accounts Payable for payment.

　　Bachelor's degree or relevant Financial services industry experience.Experience in production, fulfillment, and print purchasing preferred.Ability to problem solve at a senior level, along with the ability to manage complex projects.Experience with Coupa procure assist purchasing software and Workfront, or other project management software, a plus.Experience with Admaster Compliance, or other Compliance advertising review software.
