　　The New York Production Clearances and Licensing Operation (PCLO) department works closely with various client groups, including Production, Ad Sales, Talent, Digital, Promo, BALA, PCR, and Original Programming departments. The NY PCLO team identifies and operates on clearances and licensing operations challenges related to a variety of company-wide executions/projects/programming/promos etc. and helps create solutions to such challenges. We also negotiate and draft various agreements (including, without limitation, license agreements, vendor payments, materials releases agreements, etc.) for the above referenced client groups.

　　Interns will gain an understanding of Paramount's PCLO Department and its role within the Business & Legal Affairs division and its Production teams. Interns will work with all members of the Paramount PCLO department supporting all locations.

　　Job responsibilities may include the following:

　　• License Processing

　　• Track Show Rights

　　• Drafting of License Agreements

　　• Photo/Video/Games/Brands/Logos/Fonts etc. rights research

　　• Vetting/Reviewing of content, taking notes and share with supervisor

　　• Production meetings

　　• Team meetings

　　Interns will have the opportunity to attend department staff meetings and will meet a varied team of professionals in the entertainment industry. The goal of the internship will be to expose, educate and assist student interns towards an understanding of the Production Clearances and Licensing Operations landscape facing a multimedia corporation such as Paramount.

　　Eligibility: Internships are available to students who will be Juniors, Seniors or Master's students in the fall of 2024. You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June. 　　Hiring Salary Range: $20.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
