In close collaboration with the head of R&D Tires you will ensure a high level of transparency on all organizational levels and therefore contribute to our internal effectiveness & success of the R&D Tires.
Your tasks in detail:
Internal Communications Strategy:
Defining and implementing a professional internal communication strategy, as well as tools and platforms incl. monitoringConceptual and strategic development of communications material (presentations, print materials, videos, podcasts, imagery, etc.) for internal projects or strategic initiativesManagement Communications:
Aligning and ensuring the continuous implementation of R&D internal core message from R&D (top) management into global R&D organizationConsultancy for the management in all communication topicsCreative internal communications, storytelling, and text editing for internal channels, speeches and presentations for the head of R&D TiresOperative Internal Communications:
Supervision of strategic initiatives within Tires R&D and communication supportConceptual development, support / execution and follow-up of events (Townhalls, Exec. Events, Q-Day, etc.)Steering of editorial and content planning with the internal communication communityAdditional Information

QualificationsAcademic degree in in communications, business administration or similar field of studySeveral years of experience in the area of communication or PR in a technical environmentVery good experience in expectation and stakeholder management across different organizational and hierarchy levels, especially with high managementCreativity and passion to develop & implement new holistic communication concepts and pathwaysVery good project management skills and experience in steering communication initiatives on a local and global levelExcellent texting and presentation skillsFluent in English and German language (both written and spoken)Highly motivated team-player who loves to work in an international environmentApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
