　　DaVita is looking for a Dialysis Tech to serve our patients at our Grand Central Dialysis Center in Vienna, WV.We will train you!

　　Some details about this position:Operational Hours: MWF 3:30am - 5:30pm, TTHS 5:00am - 12:00pm (rotational)PCTs expected shifts for this clinic: 3-4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month and can be asked to start as early as 3:00 amHours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during trainingYou must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidayPaid training: DaVita offers all new dialysis teammates a robust, paid training program to help you learn the right dialysis skills. 　　Requirements:You are reliable, love to learn, have a desire to help people, are looking for a career with a company you can grow with, are comfortable with early shifts and long hours on your feet, and love a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalentMust be comfortable working around blood and needlesMust be comfortable mixing acid or bicarbFlexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as neededPhysical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet so wear comfortable shoes! Our work ends when it's safe for our patients.Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.Health care experience preferred including: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.

　　What you can expect:Direct Patient Care.Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment. Our PCTs care for up to 4-5 patients at a time.Technician Duties. In the morning, the opening PCT is coming in to get the water room ready and the bicarb for the patients. They are testing the water for chlorine, checking to make sure the tools are calibrated. There are a lot of duties in the morning.
