　　As a Senior Manager, Product Value Stream Leader, you will become a key member of the VSL (Value Stream Leader) leadership team reporting to the Associate Director.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Ensure the right team members are brought to the table at the right time in support of IPT alignment and efficiency

　　Understand priorities and driving factors in order to establish whether reasonable progress and/or accurate durations are being respected/followed by the IPT members.

　　Exhibit readiness to offer data based and experienced based opinions to help guide IPT to a collective decision in advancement of the business.

　　Promote and manage healthy tension amongst functional groups in support of well-balanced decision making

　　Accountable for On Time Delivery for assigned customer base

　　Provide product line updates and status to customer facing organization

　　Assist in the development of product line strategy including technology roadmaps and financial plans

　　Support development and management of annual engineering budget.

　　Identifies and responds to product line problems and leads solutions, such as allocation of resources, changing yield or OTD issues.

　　Regular alignment and engagement with Operations team in support of critical deliveries

　　Experience Required:

　　Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience

　　Requires advanced business knowledge, general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.

　　Excellent communications and team building skills; able to effectively create and share a vision across a broad IPT.

　　Intermediate to advanced capabilities in Excel and Powerpoint

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Navision business system experience or similar

　　Industry certifications such as ACE / Six Sigma / LEAN / Project Management e.g. PMP
