  If so, as Product Supply in P&G you will be responsible for inventing, reapplying, and developing technologies, required to support the production process of our outstanding consumer products, its multigenerational evolution and for handling the company’s billion-dollar capital investments.   As a Product Supply Manager, you will be working in 2 possible areas:

  Innovation Supply Chain for Wipes: you will be responsible to set up new tool for the long-term capacity plan. You will be responsible for the upstream finished product and material supply management work, and you will lead the process to automate this process.

  Process Engineering for Wipes: you will be responsible to support specific projects of the masterplan (either innovation or manufacturing team) implementing defined engineering work processes.

  Your responsibilities will include:

  Accountable for planning and prioritizing, preparing budgets, supervising progress, and keeping team members advised throughout the project lifecycle.

  Handle changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.

  Handle the relationship with the client and relevant customers.

  Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.

  Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skills, and experience levels.

  Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

  Use and continually develop leadership skills.

  Job Qualifications

  University/Bachelor Engineering graduate (Industrial Engineering preferred)

  Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  Proficient written and verbal English communication skills

  Your display positive relationship, analytical skills, problem solving and solutions-oriented attitude.

  Excellent progressive, strategic and confident leadership skills.

  Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.

  Able to work autonomously and prove your leadership and innovating spirit.
