  This position is within the Sales department in India.

  You will be key driver of strategy execution & are expected to track the penetration of new customers, coordinate marketing activities to drive the sales revenue and enhance our brands recognition in India focusing on the Industrial market.

  It will require you to develop and manage strategic sales channel & new customers to develop new opportunity. You will be a key liaison between Sales, Customer, Marketing, product management at global level. All activities will involve extensive interaction with customers online and offline and our local/global team."

  • This role’s primary responsibility is to increase the industrial market for Eaton ITD(Souriau-Sunbank) products in India. (Ex. Railways, Energy, Factory Automation)

  • Market Intelligence: Analyze the macro/micro economic factors and translate into the growth strategy.

  • Establish channel management strategy for India to support our customers, develop new distributors, resellers, maintain current distributors, resellers to penetrate market & increase market share.

  • Prioritize promotion of the key products, identify the product gaps, create NPRDS (New product requests) and recommend the routes to fill the product gaps by working with global product management and engineering teams.

  • Generate New business opportunities & increase revenue for assigned and new customers in the region.

  • To collaborate with local customer service team to on all commercial aspects (Pre order and Post order) to support customers.

  • Use CRM to maintain NBOs & project pipeline to ensure alignment with the business plan & visibility.

  • To be responsible for cash flow payments, credit concessions and account.

  • Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.

  • Reach company KPI

  Qualifications:

  BE-Electrical/Mechanical

  Min 8-10 year of experience on Connector or electrical component sales or marketing position for India Industrial Market Segment

  Skills:

  Use of MS office, CRM, fluent in Hindi and English

  Good communication, organize and team player.
