Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Product Owner to join our team in Herndon, VA.

　　Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

　　Maintaining and prioritizing the team’s backlog of features

　　Understand and analyze customer requests and translating them into requirements for the team

　　Participate in sprint ceremonies, scrums, syncs, and other meetings

　　Act as a liaison between the team and management as well as a liaison between the team and the customer/end users

　　Act as a representative for the team in meetings with the customer

　　Identify and address risk areas, blockers, and concerns

　　Manage team performance and efficiency

　　Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Requires Bachelor’s Degree and 7 or more years of relevant experience

　　Minimum of 5 years in a project management or lead role

　　Knowledge of DoD cyber operations

　　Working knowledge of DoD policies, regulations, procedures, and processes

　　Must have the ability to conduct technical briefings and generate technical documentation

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Certified SAFe Product Owner

　　Previous military service a plus

　　Security Clearance Requirements:

　　Active/current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityPhysical Requirements:

　　The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
