　　Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Preparer on a contract and potential contract-to-hire basis! As a Tax Preparer, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely preparation of tax returns for individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of tax regulations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Prepare and review individual and business tax returns

　　Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations

　　Interact with clients to gather necessary financial information for accurate tax filings

　　Identify potential tax credits and deductions for clients

　　Assist in resolving tax-related issues and responding to client inquiries

　　Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and compliance

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or similar role

　　In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance

　　Proficient in tax preparation software and MS Office Suite

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

　　Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

　　CPA certification or relevant degree in Accounting is a plus
