Oracle NetSuite is looking for a seasoned Product Operations Manager to support our product management team in optimizing processes and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

　　As a Product Operations Manager, your main core areas of focus will be:

　　Process optimization: Streamlining end-to-end product management processes for efficiency, consistency and effectiveness.

　　Communication, Collaboration and Transparency: Enhancing communication channels within and across teams to foster transparency and collaboration, including gathering and incorporating valuable feedback from team members and stakeholders.

　　Continuous Improvement: Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback, conducting retrospectives, and iterating on processes.

　　Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilizing data to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and inform data-driven decision-making.

　　Tools and Technology: Manage the product tech stack (Jira, NSCorp, Slack, Figjam, etc.), and define best practices and guidelines for usage.

　　WHAT YOU WILL DO

　　You'll be part of the Product Operations team , working with other Product Operations managers (as well as other roles, including Agile coaches and Program managers) focusing on:

　　Establish an efficient planning process, aligned with the org, ensuring a seamless translation of company objectives into a tangible roadmap, fostering clarity and alignment across all teams.

　　Enhance our approach to tracking features and handling enhancement requests, improving our efficiency but also promoting better collaboration and transparency, leading to more successful product development cycles.

　　Explore new communication strategies, aiming to reduce the need for recurrent meetings, allowing us to manage communications more efficiently on an ad-hoc basis, fostering a productive and streamlined work environment.

　　Empower Product Managers with robust data, while ensuring data integrity and organization. This support enables better product decisions, contributing to the overall success of our products.

　　Provide guidelines to streamline our processes, ensuring efficiency and also helping maintain their relevance and effectiveness, creating a foundation for continuous improvement and agility.

　　Explore the utilization of available Oracle tools for roadmapping, planning, and feature tracking activities as an opportunity to enhance our capabilities, improving overall efficiency and accuracy in our product development processes.

　　Partner with existing initiatives and enablement teams, adopting new processes where necessary, enhancing our alignment with the broader organization.

　　Striving to enhance our collaboration methods, focusing on ensuring a smooth workflow with consistently excellent communication and alignment among team members.

　　Exploring strategies to expose our plans, documentation, and demos in the most effective way, enhancing the accessibility and ensuring information is easily digestible and understandable for all stakeholders.

　　In addition, in this pivotal role, we anticipate you to not only excel in operational efficiency but also to become a true fan of the products under your purview. Your in-depth understanding of both the products and the organizational structure of the company will be key in supporting your team through the following responsibilities:

　　Leading Group-level Planning: Take charge of the planning process at a group level, ensuring a strategic overview and transparent communication of plans across all teams.

　　Common Roadmap Management: Spearhead the production and maintenance of a cohesive Roadmap that serves as a guiding light for your group and aligns with the broader organizational objectives.

　　Alignment on Priorities: Foster collaboration across your group of Product Managers to guarantee a unified front on product priorities, emphasizing coherence and synergy.

　　Backlog Prioritization: Collaborate with Leadership and Product Managers within your group to adeptly prioritize the Backlog based on overarching objectives, keeping a keen eye on strategic goals.

　　Dependency Identification and Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify dependencies with other groups, swiftly escalating and resolving conflicting priorities to maintain smooth operations and cohesive execution.

　　Effective Communication: Skillfully coordinate communication with requesting teams for matters impacting multiple groups, ensuring transparency, and facilitating seamless cross-functional collaboration.

　　YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS / We encourage you to apply if you have most (or all!) of the following

　　Proven experience in Product Operations or a related role.

　　Previous experience in Product Management.

　　A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and product management best practices and procedures.

　　Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) is preferred.

　　Deep understanding of software development industry standard frameworks (Scaled Agile, Lean, Design thinking, SAFe, OKRs, etc).

　　Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for process improvement.

　　Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, comfortable working and collaborating with other Product Operations Managers to achieve common goals.

　　Ability to make recommendations and decisions independently and make convincing arguments for the direction of the products.

　　Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

　　Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, and risk identification and mitigation.

　　Comfortable with change; agent of change when the need is recognized.

　　Not constrained by role definition; contributes where ever needed to make NetSuite a success

　　WE ALSO VALUE

　　Familiarity with general programming languages and concepts.

　　Experience building web-based applications is preferred.
