  TikTok's Ad Signals team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible to understand customers' behavior by collecting their online/offline activity from varied sources and connecting them across devices using robust Identity graph in a privacy compliant way. These signals power our entire Ads ecosystem spanning Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights and Reporting. As a Product manager, you will work with cross functional teams of engineering, data scientists, partnership, product marketing, privacy, legal, sales and most importantly our customers to develop and deliver product offerings for our global advertisers.

  We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Team Leader to guide and develop our Signal Growth Operations team. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, implementation, and scaling of signal adoption initiatives, collaborating closely with Sales, Product teams, and cross-functional units. This position will leverage the team's capabilities to enhance our data connection suite of products and drive sustainable growth for our commercial customers.   Responsibilities:

  - Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the individual contributors of the Signal Growth Operations team

  - Partner with Sales team to identify and pursue strategic opportunities, lead Signal adoption pitches with top clients, and handle objections effectively.

  - Work with the technical support team to ensure the implementation and setup of data connections through a seamless process.

  - Collect client feedback and collaborate with Product team to shape Signal Product roadmap

  - Foster a deep understanding of customer needs and coordinate with cross-functional teams to address them.

  - Engage in high-level revenue management and resource planning, offering critical inputs that will influence product strategy.

  - Monitor and analyze signal adoption metrics to optimize growth opportunities.

  Qualifications

  - BA/BS degree or above

  - 8+ years of product operations or performance campaign management experience, especially in digital ad products.

  - 6+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry.

  - Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams.

  - Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.

  - Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in ambiguous situations and adapting to change.

  - Commercial acumen with a track record of building business cases for product/feature development and innovation.

  - Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

  - High degree of customer service orientation and experience in client-facing roles.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  - Prior experience working with major publisher platforms in performance advertising campaign management, media buying, working with S2S configurations, and Events API.

  - Strong background in B2B marketing campaigns.

  - Strong background with programmatic media.
