What you can expect

You will focus on owning product messaging, launch narratives, and go-to-market strategy. Specifically for our new productivity solutions with a focus on Zoom Docs. Work closely with our product and go-to-market teams to create campaigns and enablement tactics to drive meaningful impact toward revenue and product adoption.

About the Team

Zoom Video Communications is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Employee Experience Product Marketing team.You will report to our Global Lead, Employee Experience Product Marketing.

What we’re looking for

Possess an understanding of product-led and community-led growth, specifically in the productivity space

Have worked closely with the sales/partner enablement, channel marketing, and customer success teams

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives for product launches and activities. Provide executive readouts and updates for top business initiatives and launches.

Experience building and presenting in-person and virtual event messaging and content

Possess excellent leadership and presentation skills and are successful in matrixed organizations, ensuring all teams have updated key messaging documents

Experience using data to identify opportunities and drive impactful results

Have experience positioning and building differentiated messaging and assets

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$93,900.00

Maximum:

$217,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
