Amazon Fashion & Fitness Marketing is seeking a sports enthusiast to lead traffic strategy and execution for our Licensed Sports business. As the Product Marketing Manager, Licensed Sports, you will be responsible for creating best-in-class campaigns (e.g., product, copy, targeting, creative) and leveraging performance data and testing to develop go-to-market plans in support of culturally-relevant moments in sports, leagues, and corresponding selection. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify and translate business priorities into customer-facing experiences, leveraging a variety of on-Amazon (e.g., merchandising) and off-Amazon (e.g., Email) channels to build, deploy, and optimize activations that engage, inspire, and convert customers, building affinity for this specific group of products. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who is data-driven, detail-oriented, able to navigate ambiguity, and enjoys working in fast-faced environment. This role requires both strategic (e.g., using industry knowledge and customer behavior to generate ideas for growth) and tactical (e.g., working with an agency, analyzing traffic data) prowess to solve problems and drive meaningful impact. A strong candidate will have a deep understanding of the marketing funnel and possess inherent influencing skills to achieve success.Key job responsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities of the Product Marketing Manager, Licensed Sports include:- Partner with business teams to distill priorities and inform the marketing roadmap for Licensed Sports- Own Licensed Sports marketing campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization- Interface with leagues when appropriate and serve as subject matter expert in Licensed Sports business on Amazon- Develop cross-Amazon goals and KPIs to measure and track results of campaigns across the Amazon Homepage, Product Detail Pages, Fitness storefronts, Email, Associates, Social Media, Influencers, and more- Own reporting of key merchandising and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization- Manage and report out on projects, status, and work with teams to remove any blockersAbout the teamThe Amazon Fashion & Fitness Marketing team is responsible for creating strategies and content to reach and resonate with a variety of audiences. The base pay for this position ranges from $78,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
