Job Description

　　As a product marketer, you will collaborate with leaders and peers to gain an understanding of products and go-forward business strategies to creatively bring customer-facing educational opportunities to life. You will develop and deploy data-driven strategies that inform and educate customers on enhancements to Oracle Health products through coordination and curation of cohesive product messaging.

　　Qualifications:

　　Must have a minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience in Product Marketing

　　Strong background in creating core messaging for products

　　Strong customer adoption background

　　Experience in Industry trends

　　Background in creating Sales enablement

　　Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

　　Responsibilities

　　Manage customer-facing educational webinars

　　Write customer-facing messaging

　　Curate and quality control content for customer-facing newsletter

　　Monitor and track program effectiveness

　　Apply best practice methodologies to program development and execution

　　Project manage various initiatives related to nurturing customers

　　Effectively communicate with customers and employees at all levels

　　Hiring Range: from $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

　　Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

　　Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

　　Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
