　　Job duties include:

　　Assist in identifying business needs through consultation and businessanalysis to meet client requirements.

　　Engage in all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC),including gathering requirements, development, testing, and supportoperations.

　　Document technical specifications, application functionality, andconfigurations for future reference and maintenance.

　　Develop custom applications and integrations using Pega BPM and PegaPRPC Environment under the guidance of a supervisor.

　　Troubleshoot and debug Pega applications to identify and resolve issuesor defects.

　　Participate in Preparing user manuals for clients who regularly use Pegasoftware or other systems.

　　Provide post-implementation support according to the specified servicelevel agreements (SLAs).

　　Collaborate within a close-knit engineering team that follows agilesoftware development practices.
