Oracle Apps Techno-Functional HRMS

The candidate is expected to have an in-depth understanding of the Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow in Oracle EBS HRMS.
HRMS functions - Employee life cycle, position hierarchy, time and labor, Payroll-element creations, linking, Custom Rules, Fast Formulas, Country Specific Payroll for the Middle East, UK, India etc.
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
10+ years of relevant experience in EBS Techno-Functional HRMS
Engineering Graduation in any discipline or Post Graduate Degree.
Technical:
Complete Understanding of Oracle Apps and E-Business Suite Architecture and underlying table structures and their usage to design efficient program units.
Upgrade experience and Strong in handling CEMLI projects.
Develop/maintain Oracle custom code and interfaces to Oracle forms-based applications by business requirements.
Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions, and trigger from UI events or database triggers, to implement complex business logic.
Proficient in Form Personalization.
Document all technical designs as well as comment or annotate actual development.
Be responsible for complete unit testing and integration testing with other custom components and the larger Oracle application.
Good knowledge of OAF pages is a plus.
Experience in R12 with Modules like Basic HR , HRMS functions, time and labor, Payroll country wise etc.
Solid Business Process / Requirement Analysis and Re-engineering Required.
Proficient in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports (BI / XML / RDF), Oracle Workflow and Oracle RDBMS.
Understanding of Code Tuning is a plus.
Must be Familiar with APPS Data Model and Oracle Coding Standard.
Should have a good communication skill and strong customer facing skills.
