We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our strategy and execution for helping companies and partners posting jobs on other websites and systems gain access to LinkedIn’s jobs marketplace. The ideal candidate will have monetization and integrations product experience, and the ability to deeply understand multi-sided marketplaces. This PM will identify opportunities and collaborate across multiple lines of businesses in order to help drive growth. 　　Responsibilities

　　Execute on the vision and multi-year roadmap for platforms which enable our integrations with thousands of partners and customers

　　Define Job API and Feed based data capabilities with various teams, and partner with third-parties to execute agreed strategy

　　Work closely with cross-functional partners including GTM teams to align visions and priorities, including both customer-facing and operational components.

　　Gain input from key stakeholders Field Sales, Go-to-Market Operations, Finance, Global Sales Compensation, Central Operations, and Sales.

　　Partner with Engineering teams to align on roadmaps and prioritization to inform delivery

　　Lead Competitive analysis to maintain view of how the space is evolving and customer expectations

　　Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage on LinkedIn

　　Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements

　　Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders

　　Basic Qualifications

　　BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience

　　3+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　MS degree in a technology-related field

　　Experience building integrations or working on monetization platforms for global companies that have scaled teams

　　Demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch

　　Strong understanding of the most recent trends around HR tech and/or consumer web usage

　　Knowledge of the Internet, emerging web technologies and community building

　　Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace

　　Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams

　　Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

　　Demonstrated ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

　　The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
