Robert Half Marketing Creative is looking for a product manager for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! This position is a 100% remote contract opportunity.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the creation and optimization of digital product landing pages for insurance products displayed on our eCommerce platform. This individual will serve as the quarterback, managing relationships with stakeholders, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering a best-in-class digital experience to showcase our insurance offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Roadmap Development and Execution

Develop, prioritize, and advocate for a comprehensive 12-month digital product landing page roadmap that aligns with business goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders across insurance product lines to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and expectations.

Socialize and communicate roadmap progress and updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

Competitive Analysis and Research

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of insurance competitors and industry-leading digital product landing pages.

Provide actionable recommendations to enhance the design, functionality, and performance of landing pages based on research findings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with teams including SEO, Content, Design, Compliance, Legal, and insurance product line leadership to develop and launch digital product landing pages.

Ensure seamless integration of stakeholder input while maintaining a customer-first focus in design and functionality.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital product landing pages using relevant metrics and tools.

Identify areas for improvement, such as conversion rates, user engagement, and overall usability, and create recommendations to address them.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance product line leadership and stakeholders to manage expectations effectively.

Act as the primary point of contact for feedback and inquiries related to digital product landing pages.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.

Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital products or landing pages.

Skills:

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with SEO principles, user experience (UX) best practices, and data analytics tools.

Familiarity with compliance requirements in highly regulated industries (e.g., insurance) is a plus.

Tools:

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and content management systems (CMS).
