　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　We are currently recruiting for a Concierge to join our team! As our Concierge, you will act as a liaison between patients, patients' relatives, and the facility to improve customer/patient satisfaction. We are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now!

　　What you will do in this role:

　　You will communicate patient questions, complaints, problems and concerns to appropriate hospital leadership.

　　You will clearly explain Hospital processes to patients

　　You will obtain the information needed to develop a solution for the patient and their family.

　　You will demonstrate excellent customer service when problem solving, communicating, providing information and reassurance to patients and their family.

　　You will demonstration sound judgment and seek guidance when uncertain of situation.

　　You will refer to appropriate leadership staff and to risk management when necessary.

　　What Qualifications you will need:

　　High School diploma or GED required.

　　Effectively communicates physician, patient, and family needs to appropriate members of the health care team.

　　Ensures continuity of care thru precise and consistent communication of patient information with other departments and staff.

　　Assists in the learning process for new employees, including training and supervision.

　　Performs clerical duties including correspondence and phone calls.

　　Strong customer service skills

　　Ability to manage stress appropriately.

　　Must be computer literate and able to multi-task.
