As a direct report to the ProductManagement Leader, the Product Manager will provide insight and feedbackto help develop strategic plans and will support the development andexecution of product marketing/media plans. The incumbent will manageand execute specific product lines through product life cycles tooptimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growthobjectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this jobsuccessfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily: Product Roadmap Execute and maintain a 3+ yearproduct/category roadmap for specified products in the companyportfolio. Define product requirements incorporating customer and marketinsights from sales, service, and marketing. Conduct ongoing reviews ofpricing structure to ensure its accuracy and appropriateness forassigned product categories. Product Lifecycle Execute new productintroductions through the product life cycle. Implement and executeend-of-life actions for products that no longer add value to the companyportfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver the plannedroadmap on time. Provide immediate resolution to escalated customerchallenges and critical risks across the product development process.Analyze sales representative performance and help develop any strategiesor corrective actions that may be required to maximize distributorperformance for assigned product categories. Market Insight & ContinuousImprovement Conduct market research and track market trends withinproduct lines/ categories.
