Requirements
Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Own and drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring a market-ready and competitive product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and sales, to execute the product roadmap effectively.
Business-to-Business (B2B) Expertise: Leverage your B2B experience to understand and address the unique needs and challenges of the company’s business clients.
Strategic Vision: Develop a clear and compelling product vision, aligning it with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
SaaS Product Experience: Bring a strong background in managing SaaS products, demonstrating a track record of successful product launches and improvements.
Company Growth Experience: Contribute insights and strategies based on experience in companies that have undergone growth transitions, from large to small scales.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrate entrepreneurship by taking ownership of initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation, and driving product success.
Agile Environment: Thrive in a dynamic and agile environment, having experience with start-ups or similar settings.
Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and adapting to changes swiftly.
Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills to effectively articulate product vision, requirements, and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the software development industry.
B2B experience with a deep understanding of enterprise-level client needs.
Successful track record of managing and launching SaaS products.
Experience in a company that has undergone growth transitions.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with retail operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
Comfortable working in an agile environment, with start-up experience being a significant plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
