Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Product Area Lead to guide and manage the development of best practice configurations, end-user process guides, and clinical content tailored to the needs of external stakeholders. This role involves a deep understanding of relevant regulations and collaboration with regional stakeholders to ensure the creation of a standardized offering that meets the needs of diverse external partners.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practice configurations for clinical products.

Develop comprehensive end-user process guides to ensure efficient product use and compliance.

Analyze and define clinical content needs for external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.

Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand specific needs and challenges, and ensure alignment with global product offerings.

Ensure the standardization of offerings across regions while accommodating necessary regional differences.

Stay current on relevant regulations, ensuring all clinical content and product configurations comply with applicable laws and standards.

Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring product alignment with customer needs.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
