Job Description

　　Assist in the strategy, development, and application of our design system toward achieving our product goals. Experience in design system development and adoption. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management. BS or MS degree or equivalent relevant experience.

　　Laser focused on enabling an amazing user experience outcome

　　Provide clear visibility to design system strategy and connected plans

　　Use data and customer research to make and justify difficult trade off and prioritization decisions

　　Manage short term and long term goals and objectives

　　Strong eye for design, user interaction, critical thinking

　　Responsibilities

　　Identify and execute on customer/employee/partner design board needs

　　Clearly set the user experience quality bar high and create checks and systems to ensure quality

　　Collaborate on how to measure and report on design system effectiveness

　　Settle design conflicts with data and customers

　　Strong eye for design, user interaction, critical thinking

　　Comfortable with design and user interaction concepts

　　Help to represent product direction, Oracle NetSuite business goals, and technology in design activities

　　Facilitate design thinking as a PM in both identified experts and the PM org in general
