　　This position is responsible for helping to identify, develop and launch new products for CCM. In addition, they will assist the other Product Managers with their development efforts and will be the expert resource on theproject tracking software that will be used to manage the development process across CCM.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Educates Product Managers and Product Specialists on the use of software and other tools used forinnovation and new product development.Facilitates the process of understanding customer needsAssists Product Marketing with expediting new product development.Adapts existing product designs to meet new specifications and applications.Assists with construction of prototypes.Tests prototypes to verify product reliability; adjusts as required.Performs other related duties as assigned.#LI-KT1

　　Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. A master's degree ispreferred.At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.Building material industry and channel experience preferredPMP Certified preferredRequired Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

　　Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials selections, and product testing.Ability to understand and utilize project tracking software platformsCompany Summary
