Summary:
The Telehealth Specialist provides support for the Agency's Telehealth program, installing, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment in the client's home. Performance reflects the mission and values of Northern Light Home Care and Hospice.
Responsibilities:
Telehealth Support- Installs and programs telehealth equipment in the client’s home. • Programs telehealth monitor as indicated by the manufacturer’s instructions. • Instructs the client and/or caregiver in how to utilize the monitor. • Assures that the monitor is transmitting data and troubleshoots/corrects problem as indicated. 2. Performs additional duties as required or assigned.Other Information:
Current license to drive in the state of Maine, with reliable transportation and agency required auto liability insurance. Must be able to travel within assigned region, or statewide, depending on the position.
