Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, including product designers, engineers, and analysts.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Product Planning: Create detailed product roadmaps, defining features, functionalities, and release schedules.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and engineering teams, to ensure seamless product development and launches.
Budget Management: Manage budgets for product development, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
Quality Assurance: Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality, reliable products.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in the product development process and implement mitigation strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing products, incorporating feedback and staying abreast of industry advancements.
Communication: Communicate product development status, updates, and milestones to key stakeholders.
Requirements
