Job Description

　　An employer in the Cincinnati, OH is seeking a medical assistant/ LPN for a contract opportunity, this could be direct placement for a great candidate. This candidate will be working the floor in a family practice doctors office, they will work 1 on 1 with an MD or NP rooming patents, taking vitals (manually) giving injections and vaccines, and administrative work such as checking the clinical inbox and follow up with patients charts. This office sees 300-350 patients a day and gets 250-300 calls a day. Patients are seen every 15 minutes so it is a very fast paced environment!

　　8:30 or 9am - 5, 5:30, 6

　　For 1 -2 would be 7,8 - 3:30, 4, 4:30

　　1 day a week would be closing 6pm latest

　　Rotating Saturdays every 6-7 weeks

　　7:30 - 12:30 could vary

　　Phones = 7:30

　　Rooming doc = 9

　　Need upbeat personality - big here!

　　- Family feel in this office, they are friends outside of office

　　Would take greener candidates.

　　- Has steered away from too young who don't know what they want in their career.

　　- Job hoppy is a red flag for her.

　　- Wants someone confident and knows what they want.
